Spencer Wright is the Owner and Founder of Element Contracting Group, bringing hands-on experience in construction, framing, and life-safety systems to every project. His background includes new building construction, structural framing, and the installation, inspection, and coordination of fire alarm and security systems.

Spencer holds ESA Level II Fire Alarm Certification and ESA Certified Fire Alarm Designer (CFAD) credentials, and works in accordance with NFPA 72, applicable building codes, and state and local requirements. His combined experience in construction and life-safety system design allows projects to be planned correctly from the earliest stages through final inspection.

Actively involved in daily operations, Spencer leads Element with a focus on quality workmanship, code compliance, and accountability. He founded Element Contracting Group on the belief that projects should be built right the first time — with clear communication, professional standards, and responsibility owned from start to finish.
